A ground-floor apartment of 50m2 our gite is
south-facing and adjacent to the house,
with an independent entrance.

Its large glass window gives you an exceptional view on to the surroundings.
There is free parking within the gated property,
and free internet access with your computer.

Accommodation :
1 bedroom of 17 m2
with double bed and cupboards.
Lounge/kitchen of 23 m2, with sofa bed for 2 people. Shower room with toilet, and a small storeroom.
Oven, sticks vitreous ceramic 4 fires, microwaves, Kitchen includes oven, hob with 4 vitreous ceramic rings, microwaves, coffeepot, toaster,
electric kettle, freezer, refrigerator.
A hairdryer and baby seat are provided.
Heating is electric.
There is a terrace with table and chairs and a shaded own garden of 220 m2 with parasol and barbecue within the property's 3000 m2 grounds.

Tourist tax and is included but electricity is charged according to the meter.
